SPORT - Waves Swimming Gala
Wed 11 May 2016Congratulations to the swimming team from P6 and P7 who took part in the swimming gala held at Waves Swimming Pool, Lurgan today.
They all gave 100% and competed well in all the events.

James - 1st P7 Breast Stroke
Charlie - 3rd P7 Back Stroke
Ella, Anna, Faith, Ruby - 2nd P6 Relay

Zany Zumba in aid of Meningitis Now
Wed 04 May 2016Next Friday (13th May) as part of our Healthy Lifestyles Week we will be raising money for Meningitis Now, by holding a sponsored “Zany Zumba” session. Pupils are encouraged to come to school in brightly coloured “zany” clothing. Here are examples of P.6 wearing their outrageous outfits. (Don’t forget to wear footwear suitable for exercising in.)

SPORT - Football - UNDER 11 CUP WINNERS 2016
Fri 18 Mar 2016CONGRATULATIONS to the boys' football team for their tremendous effort in winning the Lisburn Primary Schools Under 11 Cup.
They defeated Academy Primary School 2-1 in a closely fought match. Goals from Harry, the first a deflected shot and the second a fantastic strike, was enough to bring home the cup for the first time.
They have trained well all season and produced a committed team effort for the whole match. We are all very proud of their deserved success.
Many thanks for all parents who came to support and provide refreshments.

SPORT - Cross country
Fri 11 Mar 2016Congratulations to the Boys' and Girls' cross country teams for their tremendous effort in the Lisburn & Castlereagh Primary Schools Cross Country Race.
The Girls' team finished second and the Boys' team finished 1st. Well done must also go to Harry for finishing 3rd.
The next round will be after Easter - date to be confirmed.
Many thanks to all the parents that travelled to support the teams.

SPORT - Football
Thu 03 Mar 2016Congratulations to the football team for reaching the final of the Under 11 Cup. They played lovely football, beating Old Warren PS 5-1 in the quarter-final and Killowen PS 5-0 in the semi-final.
They will now play Academy PS in the final.
