Today P4M enjoyed celebratory doughnuts for reaching our 1500 dojo target 🎯 The children have earned this reward by gaining points through working hard, showing kindness, being good role models and most importantly working as a team and together they earned this well deserved treat! 🍩 Well done P4M, we are extremely proud of your hard work and determination this half term πŸ‘

Using our measuring skills to sketch the suspects πŸ‘€

Today we received a letter from the PSNI giving us the details of 5 suspects that are possibly linked the man who is trying to build in Moria Demesne. After being outraged at the message we received in our story box from the builder at the start of the week, the P4 pupils were very willing to support the police by creating suspect sketches using the measurements given to them in the letter. Here are some of our investigators using their measuring skills to draw up the sketches.

P4 loved challenging their Science knowledge in Kahoot quizzes this afternoon πŸŽ‰ πŸ†

Another story box of clues meant P4 had to become investigators today and use their Maths skills to measure the evidence we found in order to learn more about the mystery character from our folktale

P4 loved opening our story box that led us to our folktale setting

Before writing a setting description for our folktale, P4 opened a story box and followed the clues, which led us to Moria Demesne. We were on a mission to ‘describe everything!’ and used adjectives to describe what we could see, hear, feel and smell.
