P6 enjoyed their first session of cricket with Northern Cricket Union. They focused on improving their batting skills.
P6 really enjoyed leaning how to planet trees as they helped Lisburn & Castlereagh City council plant trees in our school grounds.
Our P6 children enjoyed the challenge of finding patterns in their problem solving activities .

P6 had a very exciting Thursday taking part in a Viking workshop🛡 they were able to have a go at Viking board games, striking flint to make fire, dressing up in Viking clothes, making Viking bracelets, looking at Viking artefacts and even had a warrior masterclass with spears (foam ones of course) where everyone learnt how to fight like a Viking 🗡 a truly Viking-tastic day 🤩
P6 thoroughly enjoyed the Love For Life Internet Safety Workshop.
During Mental Health week P6 enjoyed a workout with Fitness Freddy.
With a partner we were taking turns reading Scar’s speech. We were focusing on adding Pitch, Power, Pace and Passion to our reading.
