Categorising authorial techniques. Today we looked at authorial techniques used in an evacuee’s letter to their Mum. We focused on their use of fronted adverbials, dashes and short sentence!

Having fun learning about Morse Code! First we translated Morse code, then we wrote codes for our partners and Mrs Maher even started giving us instructions in Morse Code!

Wow 🤩 we were amazed at the Anderson shelter Tommy brought in today!
Today we have been creating a human pictogram about colours. We even started using a variety of keys before creating our own pictogram about our parts in the WW2 show.
