P6 Anti-Bullying Week 2023

P6 were investigating which shapes tessellate and created their own patterns.

P6 enjoyed the challenge of digit card investigations.

P6 were very imaginative with their pumpkins! 🎃

Congratulations to our Term 1A AR winners 🥳

P6 have been familiarising themselves with poems which describe dangerous animals with a sense of awe.

P6 enjoyed browsing books at the book fair. 📚

P6 enjoyed the ‘Our Water, Our World’ workshop delivered by Habitat for Humanity. They learnt about the importance of drinking water and the impact of dirty water. They found out about the work of Habitat and how it brings clean water to places without it.

P6 enjoyed completing an outdoor maths task for maths week. They were using a magic number square, which is a grid in which every row, column and diagonal adds to the same number (the magic number). Using their problem solving skills, they had to find where each number should go, in order to get their magic number, which was 15. They used natural materials from around the school grounds to represent each number from 1-9 and we were really impressed with their problem solving and teamwork skills!
