Partitioning - The story of 8
Exploring Eggs 🥚 P1 explored boiled and raw eggs. We created a word bank of descriptive words to describe how the eggs looked, felt and smelt.
Sorting 3D Shapes
We discussed the features and properties of 3D shapes and then sorted them accordingly. Some of our sorting questions included: can it roll? Does it have corners? Does it have flat faces?

Visiting Moira Farm Shop
P1 have been practising their coin recognition. We visited Moira Farm Shop and used a range of coins from 1p to 50p to purchase items.
