Phonics - ‘oo’ sound

We were word builders today using our new ‘oo’ sound. We had to decide if our word was a real or nonsense word. We had fun making up some funny words!

Function Machines - we practised our addition skills using function machines.

Recycling Workshop

Fun in the School Garden

We enjoyed spending time in the school garden this week. We worked with a partner to take photographs of different areas or flowers in the garden. We plan on drawing and painting these pictures next week!

Easter baking

There was great excitement when P1D completed their class flower - earning all 12 petals!

To earn a petal everyone in the class has to work hard, listen well, be kind and tidy up quickly.

Our treat was to make some Easter nests and eat them for break. They were delicious!!! Well done P1. 🤩🏆 We hope to earn another treat very soon again.
