Autumn is here!
The children have been observing the signs if Autumn in our outdoor areas. They have been finding leaves of different shapes and colours, acorns and conkers! We had our Autumn sponsored walk in Moira Demesne with some of our Parents and Grandparents . We spotted lots of different trees, squirrels and birds! What a lovely way to say hello to Autumn!
Wee Critters
Allan the explorer came to visit Moira Nursery and he brought with him some of his animal friends. The children were learning about how the different animals adapt to the changes of Autumn and Winter. We can’t wait to have Allan the explorer back in Nursery in Spring time!
Amazing Block Play
The children have been developing their block play skills this month. They have been working cooperatively, using their thinking and problem solving skills to improve their constructions and using their creativity and imaginations. Wonderful work and learning!
Jo Jingles
We had a visit from Sarah and Jo! We were singing songs, playing castanets and egg shakers and dancing to Autumn songs and rhymes! We had lots of fun making music together!
