P4P took a patrol around the Demesne today to check no construction had started on the new housing plans.
To our surprise some trees were gone and we even think we spotted Paul Barnes! Hope we can save the Demesne before it’s too late!!! โฐ
The children of P4 will be working very hard over the next few weeks to ensure this does not happen! They are passionate about saving the habitats for our wildlife, our outdoor classroom and the area for the community! We will keep you up to date with our progress!
We started our day by seeing the old school house! We made our way down the Main Street waving into Stewarts and The Fat Gherkin (we have worked with them before!!). We saw the completion stone of Moira Village! Went to St John’s church and finished off discovering the secret tunnel!!!!!!!
Can’t forget a good play in the park ๐
Today P4 opened up a story box and found clues to a setting which included a mysterious map! We decided to put our coats on and used our mapping skills to follow the map to discover our story’s setting. We then enjoyed exploring the setting before heading back to class to write a setting description.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
