November

This week we were trying to develop our geographical language, linked to our topic Sound and Light. We played Pictionary!

P3 McB had a very informative morning! RISE NI came in to help us with our listening skills.  We made speedometers to remind us that we need to be ready to listen and that we use our whole body when listening too!

We have been learning about how art can also show sound! With the fabulous work of Kandinsky to inspire us!

What a time we had learning the folk dance ‘Come to me’! We have some fabulous dancers in P3!

This anti-bullying week, check out the story ‘Odd Socks’ - By Michelle Robinson! Watch the Bookworms read a story which reminds us about kindness, differences and resilience 🧦

We watched ‘Odd Socks’ by Michelle Robinson and talked about bullying, how we are all different and how we don’t need to be afraid of different- we need to embrace it! The pupils enjoyed the story and the characters, Big Bob, Sosh and Suki.

This month we are learning all about Sound and Light. Activity Based Learning has been busy busy busy! Come and see what we have been up to!😃

Thank you to Mrs Beckett for helping us with our art work today!
