Fun with dominoes 😀
We enjoyed a visit from Fitness Freddy. It was great fun moving our bodies to music.
We created PowerPoint Presentations based on our favourite story, ‘The Rainbow Fish’.
Exploring which objects float or sink was fun. We made predictions and then tested each object. A Categorising Frame was used to display our findings. We discovered that shape and weight are very important. We discovered a ball of plasticine sinks but when we change it into a boat shape it floats.
Developing our skills through Play Based Learning is fun 😊
We had fun working in pairs to play the money game’Pay for it’.
Habits of mind - we imagined and creatively designed our own modern ship. We thought about how it would be powered, how we could keep people protected from weather and predators and any other creative ideas we had!
