Zones of Regulation in P4 🔵🟢🟡🔴

Today P4 started learning about the Zones of Regulation. The children discussed a variety of emotions before placing them into coloured zones 🔵🟢🟡🔴 These colours (zones) will eventually help us use appropriate strategies to regulate our emotions which will in turn help us to get into the optimum zone for learning (The Green zone). We are looking forward to learning a lot more about our emotions over the next few weeks
