Week 3- 18th January

Well what a success this was! The poor teachers were tortured by the smell of red onion, peppers, garlic, spicy chicken and pasta. The chicken fillets were beaten with a rolling pin until they were flat and then coated in a mixture of thyme, oregano, garlic, chilli flakes and olive oil before cooking in the oven for 15 minutes. When this was all cooked it was mixed with rocket, cherry tomatoes and a choice of white wine vinegar or sweet chilli sauce.Unfortunately the teachers didn't get to taste any although we did plate up some for Mr Ford as we knew he was working late. He really enjoyed it.
