This week we decided to try 1 of the healthy snacks recommended in our healthy eating booklet. We made our own Hummus using chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin and paprika. When this was blended together we had it with warm pitta bread and raw vegetables. Everyone tasted the hummus, peppers and carrots and a few P3s were surprised at how nice they were. Not all of them liked the dip but all we ask is that they try and they did. Well done P3!
