*WEEK 2* This week the P4/5 group learned how to bake raisin shortbread. These biscuits tasted superb, despite the pupils initial reservations about adding lemon zest to the mixture 🍋
*WEEK 3* This week we learned how to make a chicken curry from scratch! Chopping and cutting our onions, garlic and chicken then cooking them off, adding apples, chicken stock, curry powder and passata. What a scrumptious treat today!
*WEEK 4* After the success of yesterday’s french toast in P2 cookery the P4/5 cookery group wanted to make some. Let’s just say there were plenty of empty plates all round!
